Throughout the 1980s and 1990s I wrote training courses for several organisations on topics including cost management, logistics, systems development, team management, 24 * 7 service, and diversity in the workplace. Today the Web makes all those areas easier to service but most Web developers repeat the errors that were encountered with online systems in the 1980s. Avoid the waste. Start with a workshop on how to reap the greatest benefit from the least investment of time or money.

One project was a workshop on Web site development titled Dynamic Web Site Development Using Open Source Software. Your competitors may already be applying the results to their Web sites.
